8 – The consideration of a mandatory minimum sentence for those aged 18 or over

9 – The consideration of a mandatory minimum sentence for those aged 16 or over

10 – The position regarding credit under the Sentencing Act 2020

11 – Disguised stun guns (as a torch for example)

12 – Summary-only offences under The Firearms Act 1968 and time limits in relation to prosecutions

13 – Expert evidence – The Criminal Procedure Rules 2020 (as amended) and The Criminal Practice Directions 2023

14 – The offence of ‘using someone to mind a weapon’

15 – Definitive Guidelines from The Sentencing Council regarding firearms

16 – The sentencing of offenders under the Dangerous Offender provisions of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 and the Sentencing Act 2020

17 – The criminal use of firearms – the relevant Sections and offences under The Firearms Act 1968

It will be a 1- hour live and interactive session conducted via ZOOM. There is absolutely no requirement for any attendee to have purchased ZOOM. We just send you an email with a link the day before the actual presentation and you click on the link. It could not be simpler.

Invoices will be sent after the presentation and our normal terms of business apply i.e. PAYMENT WITHIN 14 DAYS – the cost for each person attending or purchasing the recording is £75 + VAT  – if you have booked to attend the presentation (whether you attend or not) there will be no additional charge for a copy of the recording
